ESBT Community Education Provider Network

Supported by Health Education England and East Sussex Better Together, the Community Education Provider Network (CEPN) has been created to address the linked challenges of recruitment and retention and providing increased care in the community.

CEPN brings together all those involved in education and training in Primary Care, working in partnership and driving the workforce transformation required to meet the health needs of our population.

ESBT CEPN will be facilitating training and education and supporting workforce planning. The benefit of developing a community-based network will see a more localised and consistent approach to training needs assessment and education provision.

Contact us if you would like more information about the project.
