Are you living with diabetes? We need your help!

People in East Sussex living with diabetes are invited to an interactive workshop on 30 October, to help develop an online patient record that can help you to manage your health.

‘My Health Record’ provides you with online access to your health information, like appointment letters, and helps people to manage long term health conditions like diabetes. Soon people that have enrolled will also be able to use it to see letters about their care.

At the free event on 30 October, the group will look at the potential benefits and issues with ‘My Health Record’, and you’ll have a chance to share your views to influence how it works.

The workshop is being run jointly by East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, Eastbourne, Hailsham and Seaford Clinical Commissioning Group, and Diabetes UK.

If you’re interested in coming along, make sure to book your place by visiting this website.

The event takes place on 30th October 2019, 6.30 pm – 9pm at the The Kings Centre, in Eastbourne. Refreshments will be provided.
