These pharmacies have been selected to increase access to NHS Health Checks in areas where there is lower uptake (less people having checks who could have one).
They’re providing the service alongside One You East Sussex (OYES) the Healthy Lifestyle service.
The NHS Health Check assesses people’s risk of developing heart disease, type 2 diabetes, kidney disease, stroke and dementia. These conditions can often be prevented, even if you have a family history of them.
