Pupils pick winning book

Hercules: The Diary of a (Sort Of) Hero by Tom Vaughan was revealed as this year’s winner at a special awards ceremony held earlier this week at the De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill.

Funding boost to help residents keep warm

A joint bid between East Sussex County Council and the county’s five district and borough councils has secured £3.9m from the government’s Warm Home Local Grant scheme.

Free skills training courses for adults

East Sussex County Council has secured funding from the Department for Education to launch the Skills Bootcamp programme which aims to help people develop the sector specific and professional skills that employers need.
