Grass cutting underway along cycle routes
CYCLISTS in East Sussex will enjoy a clearer ride following a programme of grass cutting along county cycle routes.
East Sussex Highways staff have been busy clearing vegetation along the Ringmer Cycleway, between Lewes and Ringmer, with similar work to follow on three other routes in the week beginning July 24. Continue reading

Council agrees Virgin Media work restart
AN AGREEMENT has been reached with Virgin Media to allow fibre broadband cabling work to restart in Lewes.
Bosses at East Sussex County Council had recently called a temporary halt to activities in the town after complaints from residents about communication and reinstatement of roads, pavements and driveways.
