Hastings Primary Care Hub is a nurse-led urgent care service providing appointments to people in Hastings and surrounding towns to help address poor health outcomes for people in the area.
The appointment-only service provides urgent, same-day nurse appointments for people, with a focus on homeless people, veterans, lone parents, refugees and those not registered with a GP.
The service, at Station Plaza in Hastings, is open 8am until 6.30pm weekdays and 8am until 8pm Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
How to access the hub
You do not need to be registered with the practice to get an appointment.
For urgent, same-day appointments, book by phone on 01424 884410 or in person at the reception desk.
You can also be booked in by NHS 111 or referred by your hospital department or GP.
What can the hub help with?
The service provides same day appointments for urgent issues, such as:
- Minor illness/ infection
- Minor injuries
- Abdominal pain
- General pain
- Urinary tract infections
- Skin complaints/rashes
- Wound care
The service is intended as an urgent, single episode service and does not carry out tests.
