Record road improvement programme planned

A RECORD number of East Sussex roads will be given a new lease of life with this year’s programme of pothole-preventing work.

Bus station reopens after major transformation 

WORK has been completed on a major upgrade of public transport facilities in Uckfield town centre.

Motorists warned to stay alert to avoid deer collisions

AS the nights draw in, motorists in East Sussex are being urged to be #DeerAware and avoid collisions with animals on rural roads.

There are estimated to be more than 74,000 deer-related traffic collisions across the UK every year, and that risk increases during mating season which runs throughout November. Continue reading →

Views sought on waste recycling sites booking
