A NEW ‘one-stop shop’ service has been launched to help people in East Sussex tackle risky behaviours and improve their health.

GCSE results out as new marking scheme launches
STUDENTS in East Sussex have been receiving their GCSE results as a new grading system is introduced.
For the first time, pupils studying English and maths receive a numbered grade between 1 and 9 – the highest mark – and also took new, more rigorous exams in those subjects. Continue reading
Link Road work could cause traffic disruption
MOTORISTS are being warned to expect some disruption as work begins on rebuilding walls alongside the Bexhill to Hastings Link Road.
The scheme, which begins on Monday, September 4 and is expected to last until Friday, December 15, will see replacement of wire baskets which form part of the retaining walls. Exact dates will depend on the contractor’s rate of progress on site. Continue reading
