Parking spaces boost to Uckfield town scheme
A MAJOR improvement scheme for Uckfield High Street will include almost three times as many on-street parking spaces as originally planned, the project board has announced.

Call for greater powers for south east
EAST Sussex, West Sussex and Surrey county councils will join forces to lead the call for greater powers and freedoms to be devolved to the south east.

Section of the A22 closed after serious car fire
A SECTION of the northbound A22 has been closed for repairs following a serious car fire early this morning (June 11).
The road, between its junction with Diplocks Way and the Boship Roundabout in Hailsham, was severely damaged by the fire and will need to be repaired. Continue reading
