SOCIAL workers are being encouraged to find out more about working for the county council at two recruitment events later this month.
The events, which are taking place during Social Work Week, will offer newly qualified and experienced social workers the opportunity to learn more about a career in social work in East Sussex.

RESIDENTS are being urged to check their homes for overdue books as East Sussex Library Service launches its annual amnesty.
More than a million books were taken out on loan from the county’s libraries in 2023, but unfortunately some have not been returned.
