Record road improvement programme planned

A RECORD number of East Sussex roads will be given a new lease of life with this year’s programme of pothole-preventing work.

Move will create register office ‘fit for 21st century’

Cllr Chris DowlingPEOPLE in Hastings will have a new venue to register births, deaths and marriages as the town register office moves to its historic new home.

Apprenticeship opportunities for young people

Inspectors’ praise for school improvement programme

Cllr Nick BennettA COUNCIL has received a positive report from education inspectors for the way in which it supports school improvement.
