Exceat Bridge lights under threat from vandalism
A SPATE of vandalism is jeopardising the future of temporary traffic lights at Exceat Bridge.

Budget protecting vital services approved
DETAILS of how £500 million will support vital services for East Sussex residents have been agreed by councillors.
The county council’s 2023/24 budget, which will pay for services including roads, libraries and support for vulnerable adults and children, was approved at a meeting of the Full Council on Tuesday, February 7, along with the authority’s plan for delivering its priorities in the coming year. Residents urged to test and help stop the spread of HIV
PEOPLE across East Sussex are being encouraged to regularly test for HIV, as part of a national awareness week which starts on Monday, February 6.
The council is backing the new National HIV Testing Week campaign ‘I test’, which aims to encourage more people to get tested to help stop the spread of the virus.
