Campaign to help smokers in Hastings find happiness

AN AWARENESS campaign designed to dispel a common myth that smoking is a way to relieve stress is hitting Hastings in the new year.

Road closures for Eastbourne resurfacing scheme

MOTORISTS in Eastbourne are being advised of road closures as a major route in the town is reconstructed.

Open Doors to future career success

Children from King’s Academy, Ringmer with Cllr Rupert Simmons at the headquarters of Rampion Wind Farm, in NewhavenHUNDREDS of young people have been helped to gain a greater understanding of the world of work thanks to a scheme running across East Sussex.

The latest phase of Open Doors, which allows students from county schools to visit a variety of workplaces, saw 300 students from 18 schools make visits to 24 companies. Continue reading →
