Rogue builder behind bars for roofing con

Guilty verdict for ‘scrap yard’ garden couple

Some of the rubbish dumped at the rear of John and June Mallows’ house in London Road, HailshamA COUPLE who turned their residential property into an unauthorised ‘scrap yard’ have been hit with a court bill of more than £4,000.
