Campaign to help smokers in Hastings find happiness

AN AWARENESS campaign designed to dispel a common myth that smoking is a way to relieve stress is hitting Hastings in the new year.

Representatives of South East Smokefree Alliance (SESA) will be at Priory Meadow Shopping Centre on Tuesday, January 6, to talk to shoppers about wellbeing, and the link between quitting smoking and feeling better. Continue reading →

‘Robolympics’ event helps boost students’ employability

STUDENTS from Eastbourne tried their hand at robotics as part of a scheme aimed at strengthening links between schools and local businesses.

The ‘Robolympics’ event, at The Causeway School, saw youngsters working in teams to build robotic arms and completing Olympic-themed challenges. Watch our video:

Flying the flag for Pride 2016
